The spacious apartment is spread over 2 floors. In the upper area, which is connected to a staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed, bed linen, wardrobe and a small reading corner. In the lower area there is a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine) dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, 40 inch TV, sofa. The living and dining area is flooded with light with a beautiful view of the valley. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and towel dryer, equipped with towels and hair dryer. One bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed linen as well as another bedroom with bunk beds, bed linen and wardrobe.

The price includes the energy costs (heating, electricity, hot and cold water), Internet and the final cleaning. The local tax is not included and will be charged separately on site. According to the current regulations, it amounts to € 2.50 per day per person from the age of 14.

Breakfast package (optional)
A nice holiday day starts with a good breakfast! You are welcome to order a breakfast package with healthy (partly own) food with us. Please inform us before your arrival which breakfast package you would like to have. On the day of arrival, you will find the groceries in your fridge or kitchen. Payment is made on the spot.

Booking information
- Minimum: in between and low season: 3 nights
in high season: 4 nights - Check-in from 15.00, check-out until 09.00
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price
- For the winter months we recommend taking snow chains with you, the roads are cleared daily (from 6.00 in the morning)
- With the booking confirmation you will receive a down payment invoice in the amount of 30%, the remaining payment will be made on site by card or in cash.
Cancellation conditions
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the booked arrival
- If the cancellation is made 30 – 15 days before the booked arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained
- If the cancellation is made from 14 days to 1 day before the booked arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
